Daily Appointments
Please follow the 5 steps listed in the contact page prior to emailing me. In general, the best times to meet are from 12pm-8pm (PST), Tuesdays to Thursdays. Please note I check emails and phone calls only twice a week, on Tuesday and Thursday, from 4pm-6pm. For productivity purposes, I prefer email over phone calls. I do not check text or instant messages.
Please see the Perfect Average Day to understand the daily schedule and principles. As long as the time slots are not in “busy” (red) or “event” (purple or orange) category, I am flexible to schedule an appointment. Please read the Monthly Goals to understand the current focus.

Monthly Goals
Every month I focus on 3 big goals that are broken down into weekly projects and daily actions. Every goal must become a habit or a business for it to be worthwhile. The experience must transcend life or support it. It is best if the goals are both life-changing experiences and automated businesses.
I do not write goals that have already become habits, such as reading 20 books a month, learning 3 business or educational multimedia program a week, or exercising both internal health and external fitness each day. I only write down new goals, until they become life.
