General

Are your speed reading and technological productivity videos always free?
Yes. All the speed reading and technology productivity content (Google, Boolean Operators, Firefox, Computer Operation, Software Tips, etc.) are always free, and always in video.

Most people improve their reading rate by 3-6 x with the speed reading videos, and improve their technological productivity by 5-10 x with the technology videos.

People who get such incredible results from the free material always want to invest in the full program. These speed reading and technological productivity tips are less than .01% of my programs. Thus, it makes sense to give them completely away for free.

I will always update the speed reading program and technological productivity programs until they are complete.

How often do you read and respond to written messages?
I check my messages from 4:00 pm to 5:30 pm each day. I respond to most messages within 2-4 days. Sometimes, I do not check my messages for a few days or even a few weeks if I have other commitments.I dedicate 90 minutes a day for all my emails, websites, and phone calls. I can read through 300 messages in 90 minutes (3.3 messages per minute). I can read and respond to 45 messages in 90 minutes (1 message per 2 minutes).

I do read all my messages, except spam, advertisements, or other shameless self-promotions that add no value to life.

I do respond to all original questions that I have not answered before. I post the answers on the website, and I email you to thank you for the inspiration.

How do you prefer to communicate to people? Why is your phone always off?
My phone is always off, as it is an interruption to my schedule. I use my phone only for emergencies.

Communication is 7% content, 33% tone, and 60% body language. In general, the level of communication intimacy goes from text, phone, video, seminar, and, in person.

I utilize this in my informational products. However, in personal communication, I utilize text, seminars, and in person.

The reason is the average person speaks at 100-300 wpm, and the average person reads at the same rate.

However, speed readers can read at 1000-2000 wpm, and I read at 1500 wpm. This means I am at least 500%-1500% more productive by eliminating phone and video conversations.

If something is important enough to discuss via phone or video, it is important enough to interact in person. Nothing in the world can ever replace direct, personal contact.

Who reads all the comments, questions, and emails?
I do.

If you care enough to take the time to share something precious with me, then it is my responsibility to read it. I also utilize quantitative surveys and software to analyze large amounts of data effectively and efficiently.

Communication must lead to action, or else it is just mental masturbation. Thus, I encourage you to utilize the fast, easy surveys whenever possible. This way, I can analyze the statistics of the response and make a decision that takes everyone’s opinion into account, rather than a decision that only takes the opinions of people I had time to personally read.

Why wasn’t my comment, question, or email posted on the site?
Please refer to the Guidelines for All Comments, Questions, and Emails on the FAQ page.
Why wasn’t my comment, question, or email answered on the site?
Please refer to the Automatable, Scalable, Reliable Informational Product on the Contact page. I do answer every unique question once, and only once. Please use the Search Function, Boolean Operators (“”, +, _, OR, (), etc.), and Control Find (ctrl + f) to find the answer.
Why don’t you respond to any social networks, like YouTube, Facebook, etc.?
Please post your general greeting from a social network onto my Social Network page. Please post specific comments and questions under the specific sections of the website.
Where is the acknowledgement section in your book?
The acknowledge section is not in Book 0. It is available in Book 1, $70. When I read books, I always read the acknowledgement section last, once I have gotten the results I desire from the book itself.
